Terms of Service

• Platform: the website https://navibus.app and any related services.
• Operator: a transport company offering charter services on the Platform.
• Agency: a travel agency or tour operator requesting charter services.
• Traveler: any natural person requesting transport services.
• User: any person accessing the Platform, regardless of role.

NaviBus is an online marketplace that connects Operators with Agencies and Travelers seeking road passenger transport services. GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS acts exclusively as a technical intermediary between the parties and is not a party to the transport contract concluded between them. Use of certain features requires the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep their credentials confidential. GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS reserves the right to suspend or close any account in case of breach of these Terms, fraud or unlawful behaviour.

• Hold all licences, authorisations and insurances required to perform passenger road transport in their country of operation and in the countries crossed.
• Ensure that drivers, vehicles and operating practices comply with applicable regulations (driving and rest times, technical inspections, safety standards, etc.).
• Provide accurate information about vehicles, drivers, prices and availability.
• Honour the offers submitted and the bookings accepted through the Platform.

• Submit truthful and complete requests.
• Pay the agreed price under the conditions set in the offer accepted.
• Comply with the Operator's reasonable instructions on board and during the trip.

Prices are set freely by the Operators and displayed in the offer. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude any tolls, parking, ferry or additional services not listed in the offer. The booking is confirmed once the Agency / Traveler accepts the offer through the Platform.

GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS may charge a commission to the Operator and/or the Agency on each confirmed booking. The applicable rates are displayed in the Platform and may be updated. Invoicing is issued by GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS to the relevant party.

Payouts to Operators follow the schedule set out in the Operator payment terms, which differentiates the share paid before departure and after trip completion based on vehicle category and age.

Cancellation and modification conditions are agreed between the Operator and the Agency / Traveler in the accepted offer. In the absence of specific conditions, the default cancellation policy displayed on the Platform applies. GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS may apply administrative fees in case of late cancellation or no-show.

GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS provides the Platform on a best-effort basis. As a technical intermediary, it is not liable for the actual performance of the transport service, which is the sole responsibility of the Operator. The Operator is solely liable for any damage, delay, injury or loss caused to passengers, their belongings or third parties in connection with the transport.

Within the limits permitted by applicable law, GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss of opportunity resulting from the use of the Platform.

GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, in particular in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent behaviour, non-payment, or upon request of a competent authority. The User may close their account at any time, subject to the completion of any pending booking.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

GLOBAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PARIS may update these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by appropriate means (notice on the Platform, e-mail). The updated Terms apply to bookings created after their publication.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to any mandatory rule of consumer law granting jurisdiction to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
